Unreliable search and filtering
Siloed information that caused tool-switching and frustration
The Solution
Ran co-creation workshops, user interviews, and mapped impact metrics (efficiency, productivity, usability, error rate)
Prioritized redesign of bulk assessment and search/filter systems
Explored concepts: master-detail interface, dashboard + filters, Kanban flow, triage workstation
Applied Nokia’s design system thoughtfully and improved accessibility
Tested concepts; refined copy to reduce hesitation
